Beaufort Mansions

We have been involved with the management of these 84 mansion flats for the last 12 years and have worked out a programme of maintenance with our clients that ensures the buildings are kept in good repair.

We have also been active in working with the Council and the local community to improve the whole street.

Careful budgeting has made available money to carry out the necessary maintenance works and the residents have been very supportive in helping to improve their environment.

Hayes Court

The management of this 1890 block of flats is very much team work to keep the costs as reasonable as possible. We are working on a project to improve the refuse disposal facilities and are guiding the residents through a plan for the future.

The building retains many of its original features and this is a truly attractive building in a part of Camberwell that has a mix of classical London properties and modern estates. Jeremy Loudan of SL Property Consultants has been the managing agent of Hayes Court for the last 17 years.

Pont Street SW1

Pont Street, London SW1 – Back in 2010 the residents formed an RTM to take away the right of their Landlord to appoint a managing agent and we were chosen as their agent. The property consists of 33 flats in the heart of Knightsbridge.

We were instructed to have a specification for the exterior repair and maintenance of the front and rear exteriors. The contractors successfully completed this project and we provided the contract administration to bring the project in on budget.
